Carbon Dosing wih Coconut Water Vinegar

I have been using reef roids quite a bit too often for my NPS and goniopora. That coupled with my 3 times per day feeding scedule meant a nice dose of neutrients to a 50 gallon system. Wen I check my Nitrates today it was somewhere around 12.5-25 PPM range.
So I was thinking of dosing carbon and I can easily find Coconut Water Vinegar in Sri Lanka. Than Vodka which goes under about 150% Tax when entering country.
So Can I use these for carbon Dosing ?

Can you locate white vinegar as well? I am unsure of the amount of carbon in coconut water vinegar,,and also unsure what else would be added with it.

I don’t really know what coconut water vinegar is, but if it is essentially acetic acid and water it should be fine.

Hopefully they contain actic acid. I bought a bottle but did not have any information regarding the ingredients.

Coconuts are naturally high in potassium and other elements. I’m sure it can’t be bad. Curious to know.
