I see both slime. Red and white

it mostly goes in my refug with lesser flow

I used to use a 40 breeder full of rock so the bacteria slime would form in there and be easy to pull out. I had just return flow going through it. If the tanks doing good and there isn’t a red slime “problem” I wouldn’t adjust things too much.

Yes maybe I’ll go back to combo vodka and vinager. But just so much easier to buy just vinegar. Local liquor store doesn’t sell cheap vodka. So I have to travel a little
