Carbon Filtration?

Has anyone added this to your sump for coral and fish filtration? Good or Bad. Have a couple boxes of them and didn't know if it would be a benefit for my 210

Can help remove toxins and clear the water a little. I use them from time to time. Make sure to rinse before adding.

If you have it, might as well use, I would. It absorbs dissolved organics and toxins, clears yellow water, and removes smell. I feel it makes a difference on my tanks.
