Carbon pellets escaped reactor and got into system

I was working on my sump when I moved my reactor and must’ve displaced the sponges in it somehow and a bunch of carbon pellets escaped. A lot are still in the return chamber but quite a bit made it into the system going onto rock and the sand. Is this dangerous or can I just leave it be and it’ll break down?

Its fine as long as its not being sucked into your pumps. I would suck it out of the sump. There is some info on carbon dust and tangs but that dust can come from the tumbling.

Sounds good. Thank you for the answer, I was kind of freaking out lol. I always make sure it’s not tumbling in my reactor and have the slowest flow through it
