Carbon Reactor or Bag??

I have a 80 gallon Deep Blue Sea Reef tank that is three weeks in its cycle and all is doing good with all Parameters, I like to know if I should get a Carbon reactor or just put carbon in a bag and put in my sump??
My water is cloudy and I want that crystal clear look, will carbon help with that??
I bought some Bulk Premium ROX 0.8 Aquarium Carbon about 3 weeks ago.

I use to run carbon, (BRS Rox 8) in a reactor. I also did BRS GFO the same way. It started to clump on me too much. I had the flow pretty good. Anyway, I now put rinsed carbon into bags in a high flow area in my sump. It works very well.

Has the cycle completed, you don't want to use carbon until your cycle in complete. Cloudiness may also be a bacterial bloom, which isn't that unusual and will pass with time. Once cycled and you want to use carbon, you can either use a reactor which is a bit more efficient. But I use my media in bags on a rack I built right under the bubble trap sponge in my sump. I found through frequent testing there was little difference in my tanks whether I used a reactor vs a properly placed bag in an area with high flow.
