Carbon Reactor w/ Reef Energy AB

I am currently dosing Reef Energy daily. I know I need to turn off the skimmer for a while to keep it from pulling it out, but do I also need to turn off flow to my carbon reactor?

I don’t turn my skimmer off nor would I turn reactors off. Just let your corals get what they get and remove the excess.

Got a response from Red Sea on this topic. Sounds like no need to turn off/take out carbon. They recommend 15 minutes for skimmer. I tend to go closer to a couple of hours with the skimmer off.
