What type of carbon should I use on my reactor. Is the regular kind they sale at the LFS works also Walmart sell carbon on their fish store section is it ok to use on a reactor?

ROX is great. But beware since its soo small it can get everywhere.

Put a fine mesh media bag on the end of the output line of the reactor, it will catch anything that makes it out of the reactor and stop it from getting into your tank.
 
Not nearly as well though. What happens when the filter sock gets full and starts overflowing? All the carbon that made it into the sock will make it into your sump.
 
True. But I clean my filter sock before it overflows plus unless you have your carbon tumbling you shouldnt have a lot of particle escaping. Shouldn't doesn't mean they want. I could be wrong. I don't have that problem.

I'll Definately do that. Thanks for the idea. The ROX keep getting into my BP reactor.
