Carbon recommendations

What carbon do you guys recommend?

Assume you mean for chemical filtration rather than nutrient control via dosing. Like the BRS ROX. Last several months been using Chemi Pure Blue. Haven't seen any difference in clarity or health as both are very good before and after. I like the idea of Chemipure...and that it lasts 3-4 times as long. Bit pricier though if that's a concern.
