carbon

I am using BRS rox carbon in mesh bag and working great.
Question is how often to change carbon, as I have read 2wks to 2months. I know its dependent on my tank, (45gal Red sea 170), but I am trying to find out an estimate.
Also, ive read just to wait until you notice your water turns a bit yellow and then change, but id like to stay ahead of that

I typically change mine every 3 weeks. Never had any issue doing this as well. I’ve even gone a little longer before and never seen any issues as well.

4-6 weeks Unless water tests indicate a need sooner or even if cloudiness sets in
