CarbonDoser Electronic CO2 Regulator stuck wide open, Help!

Hello,
I have a CarbonDoser Electronic CO2 Regulator stuck wide open on my GEO calcium reactor. ie when plugged in, the knob does not control how often a bubbles are released. It just lets a ton of CO2 out just like there is no regulation. The LED is constantly lit red.
Anyone have this problem before? And how was the problem resolved?

Time to reach out to the manufacturer.

It's an older unit and not under warranty. I predict they'll just ask me to send it back to them and they will fix it for a fee. I'm trying to avoid paying a fee and a long down time.
I want to DIY fix it.
