So I bought two cardinals and a bicolor angel from Petco. The bicolor died third day from brooklynella. Now the cardinals won't eat and one is laying on the bottom with stringy white poop. I continued treating with kanaplex and metroplex but not looking better. What do you think this is?

I can't tell from the picture, but it's likely that they have intestinal worms at the least. I would do a freshwater dip on them to help with the breathing issue and if you have ruby reef rally or acriflavin then a bath in that after the fw dip would be helpful before going back into a clean/sterile QT for continued metroplex treatment.

+1 Also, it is better to food soak metro when fish have intestinal worms (white stringy poop). If the fish is not eating, then dosing the water is better than doing nothing but there's no guarantee enough of the medication will make its way into the gut to be effective.
