Cardinalfish is a Jerk

I have a dominant Cardinalfish that hogs food, chases away a third cardinalfish, and nips at my cleaner shrimp when trying to eat. I hate him!

Is this normal behavior? I thought we're peaceful? It's just them, a goby, and a cleanup crew. I want to get rid of them!

What kind of cardinal fish? Mine have all been realatively easy going to others, not each other though. I have had, pjs, dot/dash/threadline (blue).
