Water change (10-40% as needed)
Inspect and photograph tank seams (keep an eye on those bubbles)

Change ROX0.8 carbon, GFO

Test Mg
Swap MP40 wet sides and clean
Every Nine Months
Change T5 bulbs
Every Year
Swap and clean return pump (have one spare, clean and put spare into service, clean and store second after cleaning)
Clean skimmer pump
Clean reactor pump
Retire one heater and swap in new heater (run two heaters, one primary one back up, older is backup. After two years I pull them and toss.)
As Needed
Make RODI
Swap RODI filters/resin (city water TDS varies from 60-180 depending on time of year, so I just test my 6 stage output and replace when needed)
Trim coral
Buy fish food
Attend swaps
