Well I did it again. I bought something on a whim while at the LFS because it was cheap and cool and didn't look dangerous. It's the Caribbean velvet shrimp. So far it is a work horse at searching the sand for food so I don't think it will be a problem. But the only info I can find is that it's actually a prawn and goes well with blackened seasoning and cocktail sauce. Does anyone have any experience with this critter that doesn't involve the dinner table?
