So my carpenter went in hiding for 5 days. Last seen Monday with a cell video I looked back at. Today he finally came out of his tiny crevice in rock that I was watching him in. Swam out all day ate 3 times today. Looks great. The girlfriend noticed he's.miasing a pectoral fin. Sure enough, his right pec fin is gone. Nothing. I dunno if he damaged it. It got bit by maybe the pintail wrasse. Or something else. I know fins grow back fast but I was told of it's completely gone. It might be done for and he won't survive....???

I looked at the last Monday video and looked closely and before he went into hiding. It appears it was gone then too.. so not sure when it was gone and how. He gets chased occasionally but never saw contact or him get beat up.
Today's video after he re emerged

And this is the last seen video last Monday I noticed it was gone

Today I fed soaked lrs with focus and fana
And selcon vitamin

Is he a sitting duck without it? Is it for sure toast? Or a chance he can grow it back or some of it to help

Trying to zoom in to show it's gone
