Thank ypu so much, i will watch it closePretty common for wrasses to get injuries in that area of the body by diving into the sand, or darting around the tank under/into some rocks. Watch the area for enlargement, redness, necrosis or other signs of infection. Should heal by itself. Pristine water quality, high quality foods + vitamins, and low stress will go a long way to helping the fish's immune system to do its work.
