I cannot find him now and he is probably hiding somewhere in the live rock. I don't know what to do.

Sorry that it declined. As I mentioned in the other thread - I've seen this in quite a few of these wrasses, and am not sure what it is. Copper doesn't resolve it, and there typically are no external lesions that would indicate a bacterial infection. The fact that these fish still feed for a time does give people the chance to try oral medications (like the Focus I had mentioned) but I don't know of anything else to try.

I’ve had this happen just recently with a blue flasher. Was doing great for weeks and just suddenly started to decline in the same manner. Nothing external, was being treated with General Cure so I feel that internal parasites could be ruled out. I wonder if it’s a collection issue.

Typically, cyanide issues will show up within 45 days of capture. I wonder if this could be a viral issue, transmitted between fish as they pass through the wholesalers? This happened with Banggai cardinal fish....

thanks for replying. I can't see him now, and he doesn't come out during feeding.

I've been looking everywhere in the tank and can't seem to find him.
