carpet anemone led settings

I have a big green haddoni that I just got locally. I have been wanting one for a while. I been doing lots of research on the carpets. One thing I can't find a lot of is lighting requirements. I read they like a lot of light, but never see how much of blues or full spectrum. Also I have ocean revive t247 leds and what intensity should I be running? Channel 1 is blues and channel 2 is full spectrum. Both channels are adjustable from 1% to 100%. I know there is a clownfish anemone forum, but I don't think it has the high volume of people on it all the time. Any help would be appreciated!

I would like to know about this also cause I got a carpet anemone and I've got the same light on a 30 gallon tank
