Carpet anemone lighting question

I have a 32 biocube with a ai prime 16hd
What would be a good lighting schedule and height for a carpet anemone atm I have light 13” with this setting

I don't have a prime but I do have a bunch of carpet nems. Lighting schedule won't make a difference. They're gonna move wherever they find comfortable and get good flow so they can feed. Some of mine perch in the light others go under rocks. Some just slowly move around wherever. I have one that always keeps going into the back of my AIO and hanging out in the filter basket.
