Carpet anemone suicide

So today i woke up and saw my green carpet anemone stuck on my powerhead. Minor injury, foot is still good. As a newbie, i want to ask about water change. Is it ok for me to do a 100% water change? Thank u.

10g nano tank running with protein skimmer, age a year and 2 months ++
2 clownfish
1 red starfish
1 trochus snail
1 sea urchin
1 blue damsel
1 maxima clam
1 torch coral
1 frogspawn coral
1 hammer coral
1 elegance coral
1 bubble coral
1 Green carpet anemone

I would suggest not doing 100% because it is extra stress(though no different from taking a coral home from store and plopping in your tank).

In any case with a large water change make sure temp and salinity match as exact as you can and ideally get things like alk and pH at least close.
 
I am having the same issue. Woke up this AM to my large nem stuck in the powerhead. Should I just keep him in the tank and let nature try to heal? Do I need to /(can I) treat his injury in anyway?

Don’t add extra stress, keep with your normal routine IMO. Add (or increase) the carbon, and just give it extra food and time. If it starts the inflate/deflate cycle, it’s time for Ciprofloxacin.
