So recently i got this fella he's doin great but would like a little help on the lighting I can't see to find like specifics on lighting he seems to like the light I have but I'm not sure if I need to turn it up

We cannot tell how bright it is from pictures. Likely Haddoni will take as much light as you can give it. They often exposed to air at low tide under tropical sun so you will not likely able to over illuminate it. I also recommended white light, near 6000K if possible since these anemones reside nearer to the surface of the water rather than deep.

Mine under double G4 Radion XR30 at 100% on all channels. Lights about 6 inches above water and anemones 10 inches below surface.

So my par r good like my My Ammonia level zero nitrate and Nitre ones at like 3 other zero also came home to his mouth open should I be concerned

how long in your tank? Does he do this on consecutive days? Does he go back to normals?
If he deflated like this more than just transiently I would take him out and treat with antibiotic.
My darker green I got from Petco did this. I treat him with a course of Cipro and he recovered quickly. Normal now.

It's back n forth like I fed him once this week n he's seems to be good like colorful don't seem stressed but than does this
