Hello I don't know what's going on with my carpet anemone. I have had him for more than a couple of weeks. He looked like this

I just got home and he looks like this

It looks like it shriveled up. What's happening to it and how to save it??
Thank you

i just had mine do the same thing after a week... it died on me.
Few members said it needs to be treated with Cypro.
Look it up, hopefully its not to late to order some and get it treated in a different tank.

I'm sure you mean Cipro (Ciprofloxacin), an antibiotic. Very interesting! I haven't heard about treating anemones with antibiotics, but find this very interesting.....following along.

I have that type of Carpet a Haddoni, yesterday it completely buried it's self in the sand. You could not even see it. I have never had one do that before, it's odd you're looks like mine did.

something ticked the anemone off and hid in the sand , If you can remove the clowns and let it settle in it would also help.
red fish blue fish look up orion on reef central he is the go to anemone guru (sorry rev don't know if he is on this sight)
