This is my first time using a CaRx and in the middle of setting it up. Is it normal to have a few bubbles at the top of the reactor before adding C02? The bubbles don't increase or multiply, but simply remain the same since filled. I've waited 12hrs with only the feed pump running, but bubbles are still there. Do I need to wait until all the bubbles at the top are gone before introducing CO2 or can I start it now even though bubbles are still present?

Just want to get off to the right start, so that I'm not taking one step forward and two steps back.

I bleed my dry when I start (so I can see if bubbles are forming / monitor the reactor behavior) but it works if there is a bubble up there. If the water flow through the reactor are not intterupted by the bubble then it should work fine operating with the bubble.
