CaRx bubbles coming out at a fast rate

As I set the 2nd stage to 15-20 psi with the metering valve fully tightened, my co2 line comes shooting out with bubbles. Anyone know what’s going on? It’s my first time…

 
The pin valve is open too far. Use this to control the flow of the CO2. Should be part of the regulator.

Is that the metering valve? I had it turned down fully (clockwise).
 
Not sure what you are calling the metering valve. I will explain dumb and if it is demeaning, not meant to be at all.

Your CO2 has a regulator that is hooked to it telling you the pressure and volume of the tank.

On this regulator there should be a small pin/needle valve. It will just be a round knob to turn. Located close to where the airline comes from the regulator. This controls how fast the CO2 goes into the bubble chamber.

Tighten this until you have the bubble flow you want. Usually start with 1/sec.

Needle valve is a metering valve. It’s what I was adjusting in the video. This is fully tightened down, so it should be coming out slow right? When I open counterclockwise it just gets worse.
 
Faulty valve may be culprit. Also lower tank pressure. The effluent is high as you know and the regulator may be bad

Faulty valve was my suspicion too. Tank pressure was around 800psi. 1st and 2nd stage held pressure for days without a drop in psi so the regulator itself is fine.
