I have a new 29 biocube that's cycling. I'm still not sure exactly what I'm going to do with the tank yet. I've always loved the look of the catalina goby and was thinking it would be a good size tank for one. I just don't know of any other fish/inverts/coral that would do well in 65 degree water. Any suggestions???

A fortesque waspfish, but they can be hard to find. A Blackfoot lionfish would also do well.
You're not worried about the lion with a fish that top out at 1.75"?

Other fish for cooler tanks include bluespot jaw, rhino or seaweed blenny, ventralis anthias, hulafish.

you could also do a black molly but make sure to slowly ween it off freshwater and acclimate it to saltwater

Not with this type of lion. The Black Foot and the Fu Manchu both have different mouths than all other lions.
Yeah, but it's still big enough to eat a Catalina goby, I've seen a fu manchu eat a neon goby that was added to it's tank.

I've owned Catalinas, and the full grown ones I had were fine with the Blackfoot. Are they still WC fish taken from here?
