Elegance coral is not venomous for human, but some people may have an allergy for venom of this coral( I know such cases) however , these are just allergic skin reactions.

I hadn't seen the catalufa common name before. Just from Wikipedia, I see:

Heteropriacanthus cruentatus - glass bigeye
Priacanthus arenatus - Atlantic bigeye
Pristigenys serrula - bigeye soldierfish
