I had to catch a Blue Angel in a tight tank this did the trick.
I thought catching this guy was going to be hard but I tricked him good. Put the net into the tank the day before you want to catch them. Let it just sit on the rock and balance on the center divider. After it has been in the tank over 24hrs they are used to it being there. I moved it around a little throughout the day so they would freak and hide then come back out in a few minutes. Then during the afternoon feeding when they are scrambling for food... Swoosh welcome to the sump...
