It’s a pair of clowns there pretty small stillHow big is the tank, what kind of fish? The smaller and faster the fish, the harder it can be because all they have to do is find cover in your rocks.
If the fish are large enough to not fit through egg crate, sometimes you can start walling off sections of the tank and get them captured in a rock-free area and then easily catch them. Clear containers work better than nets.
Sometimes the only way is to start taking out rock, but I don't know how much of a hassle that will be for you.

Okay thank you I will give that a try!Clowns tend to go to the top a lot, especially when feeding. I would put some floating food at the top in a corner, and then come up from below with a net or container. Just make sure to put the net in after the fish are eating already.
