So. To make a long story short, a pair of skunk clowns ended up in my sump after waging jihad on other members of my tank. I need to catch and relocate them without tearing my sump apart. (tons of live rock and sponges and critters and detritus in there).

I've created a fish trap from a 1 liter water bottle. I've been shooting food into it. I almost got the jerks once, but I was a bit too slow...

Calling on the hive mind for ideas. Anyone ever been in this debacle? Note that the wife has vetoed hook and line...

hi, in the dark, with flashlight ,pokey stick and net .

could try, more of a trance wiggling flashlight ,manipulating them to area to net .
give them 2 hrs of dark before doing.
