I saw your post on your friend who who goes through more also. I actually did charge my cation once just because I didn't know what color it was supposed to change, I guess I didn't need to do that.My anion is double canisters. I go through at least 10 canisters of anion before the cation needs changing.
So the anion removes CO2? Or is it because it's part of the process.I have CO2 in my water even after the degassing chamber so I go thru anion much faster
Hey, see you at FFM Saturday!I go through 10 canisters of Anion before my Cation is spent. I have a well with high Co2. I only get ~150 gallons out of my anion canister too.
How do you degas? After talking with spectrapure I make ro into a big brute that is heavily aerated in my garage for at least 2 days, then use a small pump to push it through their megamax csp and Enduro di. I get at least a year+ or over 1k gallons minimum before I change them just because. They still produce 0tds water. We have high co2 in our well water but not as high as some.I go through 10 canisters of Anion before my Cation is spent. I have a well with high Co2. I only get ~150 gallons out of my anion canister too.
