That's a very cool crab! I'm not sure if it'd be fast enough to kill fish, though. Put some food in there with tweezers, wiggle the food around, and see how fast it can grab.

Either sump that guy, give it to someone for a sump/fuge, or kill it humanely. Crustaceans feel pain, and it's not their fault they're often predatory. Clove oil (which you should have on hand anyway for emergency fish euthanasia) works for crustaceans,

If it makes anyone feel better. My malanurus wrasse killed 2 skunk shrimp and ate them after they molted. Poor things. No mr. wrasse is not going no where. Not even to the sump.

But, I do have a crab under the size of a quarter I am waiting to see if it ever shows up again. I wonder, if Mr. wrasse killed it too. I found the crabs molt. Just never the crab.
