The tank is fairly new. I added this to fuge and I see the ends turning transparent. Should I remove???

You may not have enough nutrients in your tank to grow macro algae if it's new. What are your water parameters and what is the lighting schedule on your fuge?

Light runs opposit of main lights. I think it's the nutrients also. All levels are spot on now.

Spot on can leave a lot open to interpretation, actual numbers for nitrates and phosphates would help a lot as well as what type of test kit you're using. Also, do you have any algae present in your dt?

Iron deficiency can show up as transparent leaves in green macros, not sure that's it but possible.
