Hi everyone, My tank is new and I expect cayno, but I went away for only 6 days and came home and found my Gyre not running. Well it was a simple problem to fix. Here is my question it was covering a lot of my rock as soon as I got the Gyre running it stripped it off the rock and blew it around the tank I guess most of it ended up in my sump. just wondering if this will hurt any thing. everything looks fine I have a few SPS in there and 1 LPS they all look the same except maybe the SPS is extending their polyps more due to the flow.

The cyano will not hurt anything unless it covers it. It would be best to siphon it out instead of blowing it around next time.

Yeah I know but too late it went everywhere and it has all cleared now I guess it ended in the sump but the rocks are almost clean again lol
