Hey guys I am the proud new father of a 2 eye CB fire thrower chalice. Just curious where everyone is growing these or similar chalices' in their tank? let me know pics to follow soon once i figure out how to use a camera haha

Chalices typically prefer low light and low flow, the 4 chalices I have are growing like weeds since I moved them to the sand bed and behind a rock cove. I would suggest you start in a low flow/light area and see how it does.

Well I had them in 26 par with leds and was very slow now that I moved them under halide growth has been great and spot feeding helps mine a lot

Also growth I belove with chakice is the size u get and specias my flamethrower jelly bean and buggattis and dynamite grow fast but my crush grows slow and motorcity

Crush is painfully slow. From one eye to... Still one eye for me in 6 months. Of course being the most expensive chalice I own, that would be the one I dropped on my garage floor while moving some frags around. From a step ladder. I'm sure that set it back a little but man it is resilient and strong. I'm going to start giving it a little more light.

Hahahaha isn't that always the case^ ?! You can glue 100 frags perfect then the rare one and yup glue gets all over it hahaha or just my luck. Hahaha thanks for all the input guys I'm going to start low and work up see how it does. Maybe just keep it low seems to be happy thus far. Here's a awful pic but you can see the potential
