That is a nasty bacterial infection.
Start Furan-2 and metroplex ASAP. You also will want to get Kanaplex and add it to the mix.

NFG would be even better. You don't have time to wait for it though. Might be worth keeping on hand for future.

Got him in with furan2 and metro right now. Going to get some kanaplex in the AM
A 90 min bath using Ruby Reef Rally might also help. But after the bath, the fish goes right back into QT using the ABX suggested by @HotRocks.
