Hello!!
so I absolutely love CBB but I only have one tank right now. Which is only LPS, I put a fan coral in there so if the CBB did pick at something it would be that (which he has been) should I keep restocking with the fans or completely so goodbye??? Please comment.

Please post emergency if:
Tank leaking
Fish and/or coral dying
Tank crashes
Crisis. Situation

There are many with true emergency and such threads delay assistance to those who need immediate assistance

regarding your question, once butterflies especially focus on coral rather than food, rarely do they switch to food and pick on coral instead
I would refrain from any fans until it focuses on food only
I have a near 6@ CNBC that is interested in food alone and is a glut at feeding
