CBS and Cleaner shrimp in 20g together?

So my LFS as CBS for $10 on sale and i like them but i have my Cleaner shrimp already and im not willing to get rid of him, hes about 2" long in the body and the CBS are about half dollar sized. Would they get along in a 20G? how about when the CBS grows up a bit?

The CBS is a territorial shrimp, doesn't want to have any other living around him/her.
