Ceiling hang kit?

I have my lights suspended already as of right now, but I’m curious, is there a kit that can go up and down just by pushing or pulling it? Kind of in a similar way that a projector screen would roll up by tugging on it.

I've seen several different ways to raise and lower lights.
People have done motorized lifts, as well as piston actuated lifts.
I did a cheapo lift with pulleys.

I don't have them any more. It was several years ago. I don't remember where I got them.
They were just a pulley system. I think I've seen them on grow light sites.
