Center piece fish for 75g

I am currently trying to make a stocking list for a 75g. I was wondering what would be a good center piece fish for the tank. I have no preference to what kind of fish. I am very new to the saltwater side of the hobby and don’t want to harm a fish by putting it into a small tank. Any help is appreciated.

One of my favorites (and the only tang I would put in a 75g) is a Tomini Tang. Beautiful fish and utilitarian as well, as it will keep algae under control!
