Centipede? what the heck is this thing?

I just saw something on the wall of my refugium so I got my tweezers in there to check it out. Holly toledo.....I have no clue what this is but it looks and acts like a centipede. Any ideas? Is it a bad thing? Or a really bad thing? I'm a bit freaked out right now.

bristle worm. different opinions on good/bad. I fall on the "good side of the fence.

^^+1^^ Good detritus eaters. They pack a sting though. If you have one, chances are there are more. I have a melanaurus wrasse that keeps them under control in the DT.
