Hey everyone, been on here for a little, but have never actually introduced myself....shame on me. Names Aaron, I'm 22, a college student(about to grad!) and am obsessed with SW now

Got into SW last year when when my wife said she wanted a tank. We drove to a LFS and every fish I liked was saltwater lol. I said if we do it I want salt, not fresh......and it was full throttle ahead. We currently have a 75g and a 210g(waiting to be set up till after we move). Have learned a lot from here and have lots left to learn.

Same here...I have been hooked for years on sw, but I also have fw and brackish aquariums.Quick question...anyone know of a great lfs near waterford??? Some places just don't care about fish and I refuse too give them my money \(`-´)/

Top shelf aquatics is great! Living reef is nice too but "real proud" of their corals if u catch my drift

I will have give Top Shelf a try. I know exactly what you mean about Living Reef, lol. I was wondering if anyone has tryed Fishy Business??? I really didnt like the way the stock looked...but maybe it was a bad week or year???

I've actually looked all over and the only two stores I will deal with is Living Reef and Sea in the City. Fishy business' tanks have been filthy each time I've been in there. And I've heard to many horror stories with Top Shelf, not trying to bash. Living Reef is where I go most of the time. Andre and Dillon are great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Ocean Blue on Aloma isn't bad, just pricey.

Thank you, I will check these stores out. Yes, you can tell f.b. is just in it for the money. They have dirty tanks, dead fish and horrible customer service. Dont mean to bash them just want find a good store. I also know Pet Bazaar is great for fresh and brackish fish, I've never had a issue with them.

To be honest, Top Shelf Aquatics is the only LFS I go to now. Fishy Business was pretty good a while back, but the owner sold the place to another guy two years ago and it went downhill from there. Not once have I had a problem with Top Shelf Aquatics. They have great prices on everything and they PRICE MATCH. They also have sales just about every week. World Wide Corals is also in Orlando. They have some crazy tanks and coral. You should definitely check them out as well.

Hello, welcome. I'm from Orlando as well. Living reef is the only LFS I use. I find them to be the best for me. I have tried others and been unhappy.
