Centropyge bispinosa stress swimming

My C. bispinosa is stress swimming since today, Fish is since four month in the seven month old 120g mixed reef. So far he was a slow swimmer exploring the caves. Today he started going fast from left to right and back mostly along the front. Is eating but not enthusiastically. Apart from the swimming behavior fish looks healthy. Should I be worried?

NO3 5, PO4 0.06, Ca 529, Mg 1555, KH 6.7, S 36.7 (just slowly lowering it). NO3, PO4 and S from today, ICP is 3 days old, and I did a deep clean yesterday with some water change. New corals came in 3 days ago, but we’re dipped in Coral RX.

5 Chromis, 3 Squmpinnis, 1 Fridmani, 1 lawnmower blenny, 1 yellow wrasse, 2 occelaris.
