I have had several pieces made by Scott at the Alternative reef. He is on his way to RAP in florida right now and will not be back in the shop till next week. But he has made me several custom pieces of my tank.
I'm guessing you tried to get a custom scape where I did. The process can be very slow and they can be quite unresponsive, but I have to say it was worth the wait. The good thing is you dont pay until they ship so there is no risk.
I have a vidarock, but I did bit go through Ceremrco. I used a third party who handled all the communication so I didn't have to be the frustrated one. Cost me a tad more, but if I didn't go through him I don't think it would have happened.

I can't even get them two answer the phone foe 3 weeks now. Will not return messages or e-mails,and this has been going on for 4 months. Do you have a way of contacting them I sure would appreciate any help.

Here they have a company that has customers waiting months for product and the totally blow them off and don't deliver. The product is great, I just wish the rest of the company was also..

Its my understanding that the reef stuff is not their primary business and only do it during slow times. Their other business must be booming. Now, I heard this from a friend it a friends brothers dog groomer, so take it for face value.
You can try to give Greg a call or email at Cultivated Reef (in Maine). He is the one who got through to them to get mine. He adds a bit on top of course , but it saved me all the aggravation of having to deal with them. They seemed to take his calls, but never mine so there must be a relationship there. This was 18 months ago, so no idea what the current status is.

Contact Thecoraldudes.Com the tree that bunnee911 posted is one of theirs. It does take 3-4 weeks to make but that is posted on the site as well. Their email is [email protected]. I am an employee there and I've never had a problem with any leaches in my personal tank.

This is Aric @Killjoy , he is my supplier for everything. We are his distributor. his stuff is absolutely amazing and can make my customers any thing they can think of. he has been working on his mix for years and has perfected it. The best part about his, he adds the texture so it looks more realist then most others. Also, its porous so your pods and such can reproduce safely in the tank.
I didn't know Scott did custom scapes. I would get one from him in a heart beat and Aric/ the coral dudes stuff looks awesome too. I'm glad other folks are moving into this space. Im a big fan of ceramic sculptures and very very happy with mine. I was very frustrated trying to find someone a couple of years ago.

Yes there are a few of us out there that make stuff. There is also others out there just taking people's money. As of now I have 4 customers that were taken by one of the names mentioned above and it's unfortunate that this happens.
But here are a few pics of the stuff that I have made if that helps.
