I have a sump area (It’s a 70 gallon above a 150 gallon sump in which it plumbs into, the 150 has a large section of LR as well) w just live rock, a media brick, 3 of the amazon bags.. I have a good 75% of it not filled and I would like to fill up most of this area w either the ceramic balls or the bags I have purchased.. is one better than the other?
I have about 550 true gallons of water and a 7x3x30 miracles tank w 360 viewing, large tangs and about 40 ish fish.
I Carbon dose, gfo a little and on top of it all, jut want to add to more biological filtration
