One of the local guys here uses them and seems to like them. I actually just ordered one. Going to try it in the sump rather than rubble to see if it makes it easier to keep the sump clean.

Ive ben using the block balls and slabs for 3 years now but someone on this forum is triton testing to see if aluminumsulfide is present ,ive always used them but just started hearing now that people with the marinepure have tested highlevels of aluminum, waiting to see results before i pull the plug

I just posted my results in the original thread. I'll try to dig up last year's Triton results as well and post and then give my best assessment of the numbers before the end of the day.
