Ceramic glazed tiles

I am looking to use ceramic tiles that are glazed black for frag plus. Is this safe to do. Will the black glaze cause any issues?

If they're fired the glaze on ceramic tiles shouldn't be an issue. But concrete works better.

I doubt it, but I do know some glazes used in pottery are toxic.
