Cerith snail eggs, or something bad?

Can someone ID this white tube looking thing that is streaming around? Looks like it is coming off the rock. Cerith snail eggs?

I don't think it's cerith eggs, nor so I think it's a spaghetti worm.

It's a segmented worm with bristles of some description, IF it retracts. The first thing that jumped to my mind was a syllid. If it doesn't retract, it could even be something like a hydroid.
