certain fish die in my tank

Hey reefers I have a Red Sea reefer 425 that’s been up for almost a year now. This is kinda wired to me but only certain fish are fine in my tank. What I mean by that I have a foxface, porcupine puffer, dasjardinin tang and a butterfly fish. That are doing great had them for months and had no sings of white spots. I’ll try different types of fish like a small panther grouper a small sail fin tang and they died with in 2 weeks I do qt my fish has any ever had this problem where only certain fish do good in the tanks?

My impossible fish to keep were a naso and clown tang. I have finally kept both for the last 2 months. I know your struggle.

Like it’s just wried to me because I bought a desjardini tang large size for 100 and a cheap 30 dollar sailfin tang and the small one died so I’m just confused on why some fish make it in my tank and some die. Ph is 8.2 ammonia is 0 nitrate is 5ppm and nitrite is 0ppm I do weekly 10 gallons water change maybe it’s just small fish getting stressed out being with the big fish
