I picked this plug up
From my local store a couple of days ago and it still hasn’t opened up yet. The rest of the corals seem to be to fine , so i don’t know if it needs to acclimate to my par levels or if it to to be moved to a new location

Not an emergency. Please only use the "Emergency" tag for true emergencies.
Having said that, I'd leave it where it is for a bit longer. Do you know what the parameters of the tank it came from? I'm sure the store can tell you their parameters and PAR levels. If it's significantly different than yours, it will take some time to acclimate to your tank.
Everytime you move it, it's like resetting the acclimation clock again.
Medium flow, lower light, should be good.

While this coral is Not picky about location, I would get it off sand and elevate to at least mid tank in path of flow and under moderate-med lighting.
