Clearly this one USPS f'd. So I'll ship another on Tuesday. It's memorial day weekend, I'm kind of busy frankly. So if someone doesn't respond right away, please relax no one is going to screw you over such a trivial amount.

So what is the delay this week???? I saw u sold another great looking bag to another reefer, and he posted it yesterday. Well it was dead and delayed! Wow!!! So I still have not received anything from this guy after I ordered from him three weeks ago. Buyers beware. Horrible to deal with, sent multiple pms and nothing. now he blocked me so I cannot see if he has logged on. Definitely needs a few tips on mailing out products maybe ice pack or heat in the winter!!

I think my response was definitely too harsh. This is an instance where you have someone that really needs more communication for sure. I'm not that kind of person. So there will naturally be some conflicts and miscommunication. As you can see from the thread, I shipped the day after the order. It got lost as there is tracking to show this. After that I was going to send another and then decided to just refund him. Asked him if that was fine... didn't get a response... and then he had a cow days later. Could I have held his hand more? Sure. And I will note that moving forward. Lesson learned.

Exactly. Just me. Rather unfairly as well. If shipments die due to hot weather or shipping f's up. I refunded after trying to ship again in some instances. What else can I do?

While I appreciate the effort, I personally haven't received a refund yet. Don't know if there is a problem on your end but I definitely don't see it in PayPal.
